AN ON-LINE ART AUCTION HOUSE
GalerieGlobien offers a new way of looking at art. In addition to the traditional model of selling artworks for a “prix fixe”, we offer commissioned works available in an on-line auction.
To qualify as a bidder (individual, consortium or sovereign entity), a qualifying deposit of an International Money Wire Transfer of $250 million (U.S.) must be placed in escrow in a bank designated by Globien Inc. This applies to domestic bidders as well.
All bidders must supply an affidavit testifying to the source of escrow funds and winning bid funds must meet Dodd- Frank, Patriot Act and standards set under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB0 )international Remittance Rule (E-Rule)
This affidavit also calls for a bidder or designated parties to have read the Terms & Conditions including the section regarding the nature and source of the shares that attend.
GalerieGlobien, supports the “Droit de Suite” Concept (Paris—1922) to honor and reward financially, artists (all arenas).
Appreciation Definition – Pricing Policy
Ten-year appreciation figures for a work of art or object d’art are arrived at through trends, algorithms and intuition. Blouin statistics, well defined over the years, are used in making comparative decisions when possible. Using Blouin and other well known publications in the international art field trends up, down and static, can be determined.
Pricing Policy: the same formula(s) are used in arriving at either a set price or establishing a reserve minimum. GalerieGlobien reserves the right to change reserve minimums or established prices shown on its web site at any time – for any reason.
