Painting by Denise Houk based on Photography by Ülric
This is another Paris photo from 1956 and the once missing cache. Artist Denise Houk transformed this 35mm picture into a storybook by addition of the 1930’s red dressed femme fatale behind the curtain to the left.
Houk is a multi-talented artist with skills in murals, photography, oil, acrylic, video editing and creation. She is well known for her work with “Nose Art of the 1940’s” – pinup photos , real war planes and models dressed in the fashions of the war years, and is a skilled drone pilot with the photo work that attends this field.
Ms. Houk is also the artist who executed the “Kerfluffle” work.
